Webinar: Organoleptic Leather Properties - Odor: evaluation and source
During the treatment and processing of leather for various applications, chemicals are often used that can have an impact on the environment and the users of the product. In order to reduce pollutants and unpleasant odours to a minimum, efficient analysis and identification of these polluters is required above all.
As a specialist in this field, imat-uve was therefore invited by the associations of leather chemists and technologists AICC and IULTCS to a webinar to give a presentation to the professional audience on odour perception and odour evaluation.
Michael Holzwarth, Head of Competence Center VIAQ, VOC at imat-uve, will explain the theoretical basics and report from practice in the webinar.
